To provide a comprehensive intersectoral training program around an integrated public private-partnership by open exchange of information, know how and specific expertise.

To produce PhD graduates from Oxford University who are highly sought after by employers as the next generation of industrial and academic leaders.

To develop a long lasting collaborative network between Oxford and JANSSEN.

To develop innovative late stage fluorination processes that will be published in high impact journals, disseminated at international conferences and benefit the academic, pharmaceutical and clinical sectors.

To contribute to the development of Europe with the training of world class scientists and the delivery of world class science.
